After a sound sleep, we invite you to indulge in our signature Tunisian breakfast—homemade bread and spreads, traditional coffee, Mediterranean salads, and more. Seasons guide our kitchen, ensuring that each dish is crafted with the finest local ingredients and reflects the vibrant flavors of our region.

The sweet part of the breakfast consists of homemade yoghourt and its granola, honey, spread of homemade jams, butter and a typical Mediterranean spread called “Bsisa”.

For the salty part, we offer a traditional dish called “Chakchouka”, confit vegetables served with homemade meatballs, and a choice between an omelette, scrambled, boiled or fried eggs. We also offer both freshly baked traditional bread called “Mlawi” and regular bread from the bakery.
